Kαiros acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website, email, WhatsApp, and scheduling platforms.

• Cal.com: for scheduling conversations. Their servers may be located outside Colombia.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): for direct communication. Subject to Meta's privacy policy.
• Email service provider: for email communication.

In all cases, these platforms have adequate data protection policies and security levels. The transfer is carried out under your consent and in compliance with Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012.
